One Revisional Survey (1972) khatiyan page lists several khesras. Type every khesra number on the page, paste the page image (copy it, then Ctrl+V anywhere on this tab), and save. The image is saved once in the village folder's revisional_survey_1972, named after the numbers (278, 256 → 278256), and linked to each of those khesras in every khesra table of the village.

                  - copy a deed from the old Bhumijankari page or the new registration portal, paste, check, insert

Open the deed on the portal, select all its text (Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C) and paste it below. Use Extract (Old portal) for the classic bhumijankari.bihar.gov.in "Deed Details" 4-table page, and Extract (New portal) for the newer registration portal (Document Details as a Field / Details list, Party Details with Type / Name / Father-Husband / Address, one Boundaries column). Nothing is fetched from the portal - only the pasted text is read.

Or screenshots: click here and press Ctrl+V, drop images, or . A deed with many lands that doesn't fit on one screen: add one screenshot per scroll - they are read together and merged (rows seen on two screenshots are kept once). Read by AI - check every value before Insert.

                  Download Deeds from Bihar Bhumijankari

ℹ The old Bhumijankari portal has deeds only up to 15 December 2024. Deeds registered after that come from the eNibandhan tab (Computerization, from 16-12-2024).

                  1. Open Search Page opens the portal's Advanced Search in a browser window - fill the search there. 2. When the result list is on screen, click Scan All Pages (no Command Prompt needed) to save every View Detail link. 3. Download Details saves one page per deed into year folders.

                  Download Deeds from eNibandhan

Saves the Deed Details of every registered document of this village from eNibandhan Bihar (Certified Copy → Advance Search → Search By Property, 2006 onward). Start opens Chrome on this PC: type the CAPTCHA and click LOGIN - after that it searches, walks every results page and saves each deed by itself (1-2 s per deed). Pages go into the same folder with the same file names as the Old registry downloads (the Old registry tab's Registry Office / Circle / Thana / Village codes, named by the deed's Serial Number), so every deed is in one place and one already downloaded from either portal is skipped. Then read them below with Read Deeds into MongoDB.

                  Read Deeds into MongoDB

Reads every downloaded deed page into qibala_… in the same format as deeds entered in the app - Bhumijankari and eNibandhan pages together (they share the folder; each page's portal is recognised by itself). Deeds entered by hand, or already read from the other portal, are never changed. Each Baghoul plot gets its map (GOAN / BADD) when its khesra number is on one map.

Names in English / Hindi / Urdu

Writes every presenter and party name (and father / husband name) in English, Hindi and Urdu with their spelling variants, plus a sound-alike key, so the name search below finds a person however the name is typed (e.g. Rafik also finds Rfik, Rafique, रफीक, رفیق). Runs by itself after Insert.

Global, not per-village: a category's color/image here is how it renders on the public map everywhere, for every village. In each village, only which khesra numbers belong to a category is assigned - use khesra-app's Manage Tags page for that.

                  Server file sync

Records are already shared (one database). Files are not: every file the admin writes into the website's data folders (scanned pages, Khatiyan PDFs, deed files, map images, village photos) is sent to the hosted server as soon as it is saved or changed, and deleted there when deleted here. Files waiting (server down, no internet) are retried automatically.
